Call (916) 933-0527 or send the form. There is no online booking. Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows.
Bring prior records if you have them, a list of food and medications, and questions you want answered before you leave.
We discuss estimates before non-urgent treatment. Same-day help is during open hours only: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Wednesday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM; Sunday closed.
