We keep hours posted (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Wednesday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM; Sunday closed), answer the phone during those hours, and take boarding bookings. There is no online scheduler.

Natalie
Natalie began her journey on working with animals at age 17 when she started dog and cat sitting for customers in San Francisco, CA. She then continued her experience by working at different pet hotels in the bay area for a few years. Natalie worked in a pet clinic in Pacifica, CA up until 2022 and shortly after began working for Green Valley Animal Hospital since. She is a student at San Francisco State University in the progress of getting her bachelor’s in Latino Studies (Ethnic Studies Department).
